Back in May of this year -- confident in the belief that the Trumpified U.S. Supreme Court would not ultimately overturn a pro-life initiative -- the Texas legislature passed, and the Texas Governor Greg Abbott signed, into law a powerful defense of unborn babies which few ever thought possible in today's America. The "Heartbeat Act" bans abortions after the detection of a fetal heartbeat -- which essentially represents a ban after the 6th week of pregnancy. The law took effect in September and now, after two months, the results are in: In utero baby-killings have dropped by half!
Now, of course, we would expect the demonic denizens of the Kingdom of Libtardia to lament the saving of so many innocent lives. But what's shocking, even by their standards, is that the shameless scum at "the paper of record" as well as the quoted quackademics and "providers" are wringing their hands over the drop in the baby-killing rate publicly.
A few excerpts and some rebuttals follow.
Slimes: “It’s one data point in a further downward slide,” Kari White (Texas professor) of the September numbers. “I would expect we’ll see the number decrease in subsequent months.”
Rebuttal: Oh horrors! The "downward slide" of the baby-butchering rate is expected to continue.
Slimes: At Southwestern Women’s Surgery Center in Dallas, about half of patients who thought they were early enough to receive an abortion have been ineligible because fetal cardiac activity was heard, said Dr. Allison Gilbert, a physician and the medical director there.
Rebuttal: Heartbeats were heard. Focus for a few moments, if you will, on those words and what they signify: "Cardiac activity (heartbeats) were heard."
Slimes: “I’ve not told a single patient at this point who has not cried,” she said. “It’s just devastating; there’s really no other word to describe it emotionally.
Rebuttal: It's "devastating" not to be able to stop that 2nd heartbeat with your abortion implements??? Or is it the reduction in income that's got you so "emotional," Dr. Gilbert?
Slimes: It’s always difficult to tell a patient that you’re unable to provide them the care they need...
Translation: She hates having to tell women that she is now barred by law from killing her baby, removing it from her womb, and dumping it in the medical trash like some piece of dog shit.
Slimes: .... but now it’s half of patients. As a provider, all you can do is choke back your tears.”
Rebuttal: Bitch, please! Monsters like you are emotionally incapable of generating tears of empathy for anyone. The only reason you're "choking back tears" is because your shekel intake has just been cut in half. ... Gilbert, eh? Sounds "German." (rolling eyes)
Slimes: The people most affected by abortion restrictions, in part because they are least likely to be able to travel long distances, tend to be poor; Black or Hispanic; uninsured or on Medicaid; undocumented immigrants; or teenagers, research shows.
Rebuttal: The sobering reality -- and may God forgive me for even thinking this way about the matter at all -- is that the low-life Medicaid elements of society tend to have more abortions -- whereas the whores of the higher classes are generally more cautious with watching the calendar or using birth control. Will the "Heartbeat Act" lead to more riff-raff proletariat babies being born (something which we really don't need)-- or to more of the prole skanks closing up the candy store to every young buck in heat who comes a sniffin' round? Time will tell. Let's hope it's the latter.
Slimes: Elements of two court challenges to the law are being considered by the Supreme Court on a rushed schedule. But the longer the law remains in effect, the harder it may be for the Texas clinics to survive.
Rebuttal: In the eyes of Sulzberger's Slimes, the "survival" of Texas clinics takes precedence over the survival of innocent babies with heartbeats. That says it all.
Slimes: Most of the state’s abortion providers are independent, financed primarily through fees for medical services, and they are currently relying on cash reserves and grants from outside groups.
Rebuttal: We wish "the paper of record" would have shown such empathy for the "survival" of so many locked down businesses that eventually perished due to the HOAX of Stupid-19.
Slimes: Other conservative-leaning states may follow Texas’ lead. Another case before the Supreme Court this term will challenge the Roe standard of prohibiting states from banning the procedure before fetal viability (or before around 23 or 24 weeks). Should the Supreme Court weaken the standard, abortion would probably quickly become illegal in 22 states.
Rebuttal: The ongoing overthrow of the 1973 Roe vs Wade court decision is indeed historic. If Trump's three judges hold the line on these upcoming cases, it will represent yet another fulfilled promise and great achievement by The Donald.
More to come.
Boobus Americanus 1: I read in the New York Times today that abortions dropped by half since the new anti-abortion law too effect.
Boobus Americanus 2: A woman should have the right to choose what to do with her own body.
*
St. Sugar: So ssays the normified nitwit who ssupportss vaccine mandatess!
Editor: The woman undergoing an abortion only has one heartbeat. The second one we can hear is that of someone else's body.
