NY Times: Poland’s Top Court Rules Its Constitution Trumps E.U. Law
REBUTTAL BY
How ironic that Poland -- the nation whose folly in 1939 set into motion the pre-planned world war which itself laid the foundation for the pre-planned European Union -- has now redeemed itself by striking a mighty blow against EU tyranny. From the article:
"Poland’s constitutional court set up a head-on collision with the European Union by ruling that the country’s Constitution trumps some laws set by the bloc, a decision that threatens to dissolve the glue that holds the union’s 27 members together.
The ruling, issued in Warsaw by the Constitutional Tribunal after months of delays in a closely watched case, effectively challenges the primacy of European law, a cornerstone of the continent’s push for an “ever closer union” since it began more than 60 years ago."
The court decision in Warsaw also raised perilous long-term questions about the future European Union membership of Poland. (emphasis added)

This unprecedented decision is Poland's successful version of the proposed sovereignty-protecting "Bricker Amendment" to the U.S. constitution -- a noble effort which Globalist President Dwight Eisenhower and Senate Minority Leader Lyndon Baines Johnson conspired to thwart in 1954. Even more so than the half-ass "Brexit," the ruling of the Polish court truly is very "perilous" for the Globalists. Should Poland escape the EU plantation, Hungary will not be far behind. And if the EU falls apart, or simply becomes neutered a la the old League of Nations, then the dirty work of many decades (centuries actually) will all have been for naught. This is very welcome news, which is why the Bolsheviks of Brussels and Sulzberger's Slimes are whining about it.

The seeds of the EU were planted soon after World War II. The Allied bombardment & destabilization had caused immense displacement and suffering for the people of post-war Europe. The New York based Council on Foreign Relations then capitalized upon the crisis by implementing their long range plot to bring the nations of Europe under a single socialist system. But they needed a trusted "front man," a creative "cover story," and a clever "gimmick" to sell an expensive scheme to a reluctant Congress and skeptical American public.
The phony "war hero", General George Marshall (CFR) was trotted out to announce The European Recovery Program during a speech at Harvard. The multi-billion dollar foreign aid (bribery) giveaway scheme was soon hyped up as "The Marshall Plan" by the propaganda press. It was sold by tugging upon the heart strings of America. The Plan, it was said, was also needed to save the people of Europe from hunger, poverty and Communist takeover.

1. The New York-based Council on Foreign Relations cooked-up the scheme to unite Europe -- using the cover of a massive "humanitarian aid" package. // 2. The plan was then named after the "war hero" and Time Mag "Man of the Year" -- George Marshall. // 3. Marshall Plan propaganda poster clearly shows the true intent -- European unification under the NWO's control!
The $17 Billion Economic Cooperation Act, aka The European Recovery Act (which ended up consisting of 85% grants or loan forgiveness and only 15% in paid-back loans) passed a divided Congress and was signed into law by President Harry Truman (whose administration was actually infested with inherited Communists) in April of 1948. The "poison pill" of the Marshall Scam was the CIA-run sub-group that it created in order to administer the economic aid package: the 18 member Organization for European Economic Cooperation -- a stepping-stone toward regional government and eventually, world government. Winston Churchill himself, in a post-war speech before a gathering of Globalists in London, "let the cat out of the bag." In speaking of regional groupings, the British Mad Dog said:
"In this way alone, can the skeletal structure of world government be clothed with the flesh and blood of a living organism and the acts of state be confirmed by the passionate heartbeats of millions of men." (video here)
And that, boys and girls, is why World War II was imposed upon nationalist Germany, Italy and Japan. Should the tyranny project that is the EU ultimately unravel, the whole New World Order system will collapse with it. What will replace the NWO is anyone's guess. The West is so diseased by now that even a total rout of the Globalist elite would not at all guarantee a return to sanity, morality, social health and liberty. There is so much "rehab" work to be done. Yet we should, nonetheless, rejoice over the system's slow-motion demise and then "hope and pray" ™ for the best. Go Poland!
