NY Times: How Ray Epps Became the Victim of a Jan. 6 Conspiracy Theory

REBUTTAL BY

For the past 18 months, Sulzberger's Slimes and all the other battleships of the Judenpresse Armada have been firing away non-stop at the "insurrectionists" ™ of January 6th ™. In a front-page feature commemorating the one-year anniversary of the "insurrection ™," the "paper of record" even trotted out Quackademia's most "preeminent" whorestorians to liken the event to the attack on Pearl Harbor and 9/11 in terms of its historical significance (here)!

Here's a bit of what a few of the "renowned" experts vomited out:

* Doris Kearns Goodwin: People will be reading about January 6th 100 years from now.... Let us hope, having been together through this as a nation, it will make us say, 'enough is enough.'... The images sear in the hearts.

* Michael Beschloss: January 6 should be an annual day of national remembrance from now on. Americans should never forget exactly how close our democracy came to being fractured and how zealously we must always work to protect it. On both September 11, 2001, and January 6, 2021, terrorist haters of democracy tried to attack our Capitol and Congress.

* Jon Meacham:What you saw a year ago today (January 6) was the worst instincts of both human nature and American politics, which was the will to power over the idea of equality and the rule of law, taking precedence.

The J-6ers (which includes all 1 million people who came to DC that day) were called every dirty cliche-name in the Bolshevik book of slander --- terrorists, extremists, racists, traitors, "Nazis," anti-Semites, "conspiracy theorists," Q Anon, kidnappers, White supremacists, criminals, murderers etc. etc ad nauseam. Ten year prison sentences and no-fly lists were even suggested for all those present. Yes indeed, the media hatred for that tiny minority who "breached" ™ the Capitol -- or were just even present in DC that day -- was off-the-charts. But now, the devious denizens of Fake News have found one such unapologetic "insurrectionist" ™ -- a leader of the "mob" on that day, no less -- that they appear to feel great sympathy for. Very strange, no?

From whence this sudden journalistic empathy for a Capitol-storming "Trump supporter" named Ray Epps? From the article (to the sound of violins, have tissues handy).

"Ray Epps has suffered enormously in the past 10 months as right-wing media figures and Republican politicians have baselessly described him as a covert government agent who helped to instigate the attack on the Capitol last year.

Strangers have assailed him as a coward and a traitor and have menacingly cautioned him to sleep with one eye open. He was forced to sell his business and his home in Arizona. Fearing for his safety and uncertain of his future, he and his wife moved into a mobile home in the foothills of the Rockies, with all of their belongings crammed into shipping containers in a high-desert meadow, a mile or two away."

This doesn't make any sense (unless you know the code). Shouldn't the Slimes be laughing at this heated squabble among J-6ers taking place within the ranks of the Trump movement? Instead, they are making "Trump supporter" Epps into a martyr.

For those of you new to the Ray Epps story, he was the authoritative tall figure secretly filmed (by White Hats, presumably) shouting to the J-6 protesters -- at different times and at different locations -- that "we are going into the Capitol, where our problems are." In one clip, at the precise moment of the mass "agent provocateur"  breakdown of the first barrier, Epps is seen whispering instructions into the ear of one of the other lead members of what was clearly a "breach team." The clips of this CIA clown are damning -- and his antics were so bizarre and transparent that even some among the innocent protesters began pointing at him and chanting: "Fed! Fed! Fed!"

1. Epps on January 5th: "Tomorrow, we need to go IN to the Capitol!"  // 2. Epps was clearly orchestrating the "breach" which would then be used to stop the election certification and launch a counter-attack against Trump. // 3. White Hats were shadowing and secretly filming this clown and his subordinates for two days!

 
This dirty business of embedding agent provocateurs within crowds and then unleashing "spontaneous" uprisings is as old as politics itself. Variations of this scam were utilized to incite such historical events as the Boston Massacre of 1770, the storming of the Bastille  in 1789, the "European Spring" of 1848, the Baltimore anti-Union riot of 1861, the Chicago Haymarket Square riot of 1886, the Russian revolutions of 1905 and 1917-18, the Bonus Army March of 1932, the anti-war protests of the 1960s and all of the modern day "Color Revolutions." It's not "conspiracy theory" ™ -- it's standard operating procedure which the seditious scribblers at the Slimes understand very well because they themselves play an important complementary role in the trickery.

Now that Ray Epps has been called out by the likes of Tucker Carlson and Senator Ted Cruz, the Slimes is riding to his rescue -- and, in so doing, further confirming suspicions about January 6th ™.

1. Slime Magazine actually awarded its "prestigious" Person of the Year award to "The Protestor" in 2011. // 2. Spontaneous" protests are usually organized and guided by agents provocateur . // 3. Tucker Carlson has called out Ray Epps as a fed.

Boobus Americanus 1: I read in the New York Times today that Trump supporters are falsely accusing one of the January 6th protesters of being a Federal agent.

Boobus Americanus 2: So the conspiracy theorists are accusing each other of being conspirators?
