Regular readers of The Anti-New York Times will recall the numerous times we cited "The Grand Chessboard" by the late Globalist guru, Zbigniew Brzezinski (1928-2017). That's the 1998 book in which the Deep State darling warned that the battle for world domination must be won in central Asia; and that a "truly massive external threat" (Al Qaeda) and that the "shock value" of another "Pearl Harbor" (9/11 false flag) could be the only things capable of uniting the American people to support increased engagement throughout Eurasia. Lose the central Asian pivot, lose Eurasia, then lose the world. That was the essence of his message to his fellow muckety-mucks. How right he was!
In that book, the putrid Polish-American professor who had been David Rockefeller's sidekick and Jimmy Carter's handler had this to say about what would happen in the Western Hemisphere if the Globalists failed to conquer Eurasia.

From the bowels of Hell, the prophetic Brzezinski is agonizing over seeing his life's dirty work all gone for naught -- exactly as he had feared.

Brzezinski helped David Rockefeller establish the Trilateral Commission in 1973. A little-known Georgia Governor Jimmy Carter was picked from among the ranks of the new members and groomed for the presidency by Z-Big. // 2 & 3. In the Grand Chessboard, Z-big warned his fellow One Worlders that if the battle for Central Asian supremacy was not won decisively, the Americas would eventually be "rendered peripheral."
At the time during which Brzezinski wrote The Grand Chessboard, the project to unify the Americas along the lines of Europe seemed to be developing nicely for the Globalists. With "bipartisan" Congressional support, President Bill Clinton easily got the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) done in 1993 -- and the scam took effect on January 1, 1994. The ink used on the original NAFTA hadn't even dried yet when The Summit of the Americas, in December of 1994, proposed a Free Trade Area of the Americas (FTAA) -- in essence, a southward expansion of NAFTA to include the rest of the western hemisphere.
Negotiations to establish the FTAA eventually ended in failure when the states were unable to reach an agreement by the 2005 deadline they had set. Hugo Chavez of Venezuela led the faction opposing the Globalist scam. You see, unlike European Leftists -- who are all totally subservient One-Worlders -- a high percentage of the Latin Lefties -- though certainly corrupt, vile and destructive in their own right -- retain an anti-"Yankee" ("los Jankees") independent streak.

Elements of both the Latin Left (Chavez of VZ) and the Latin "far right" (Bolsonaro of Brazil) have resisted "American" (Globalist) pressures to submit to the New York-London Axis.
For the Globalists, Latin America has never been a priority to the extent that Eurasia has. As Brzezinski said, if Eurasia falls into their hands completely (coupled with the mighty USA), then all of Oceania, Africa and Central / South America automatically fall in line. Russia's "courting" of Latin America is therefore another indicator that the New World Order grand scheme of global dictatorship is in serious jeopardy, if not already dead.
The article explains:

Though the NWO unification plot may be unraveling, the corresponding cancer of cultural Marxism is alive and well. In the long run, killing that will be an even greater challenge.
